Ask your server which ones we have available today or better yet, walk up to the Gelato counter and try a couple of samples yourself! People ask us every day, “What’s the difference between Gelato and Ice Cream?” Gelato is churned at a much slower rate than ice cream and there’s no air incorporated into the process. This gives it more density and allows the natural flavors to really shine through. Gelato is served at a slightly warmer temperature than ice cream giving it a softer, silkier texture. Best of all, it has a lower fat percentage than ice cream so you don’t have to feel guilty!
